  • Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

 

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Asheville Extracts maintains a strict no refunds and no returns policy due to the consumable nature of our products.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the product, changes of mind, or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
  • If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If you are unhappy with your Asheville Extracts purchase please contact us right away.
